About

Austin is an associate attorney whose practice includes representing and advises small business owners on the legalities of structing their business and the drafting of agreements. He also represents clients who have been personally injured.

Austin attended undergraduate school at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, where he studied Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management and competed on the track team in the 200m and 400m dash. During college Austin worked for a small business where he learned the importance of properly structuring your entity and having valid agreements in place.

After college, Austin received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in Sand Diego, California. He served on the Managing Board of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and had his Note published in their Criminal Justice Journal. Austin also worked in the Patent & Trademark Clinic where he worked with small business owners prosecute patents, and research and file trademarks.

Through his experience working for small businesses in undergrad and during law school, Austin developed a passion for helping small business owners navigate the nuances of building and running a business. In his practice of law, Austin hopes to assist entrepreneurs live their dream by aiding them in structuring their businesses and help ensure that they are legally protected while doing what they love.

Outside the office, Austin is an avid reader and writer, and enjoys traveling and any outdoor activity such as running or surfing. He also loves cooking and spending time at home with his family.
