He is a member of the Arizona State Bar, the New Mexico State Bar, the Federal District of Arizona, the Federal District of New Mexico, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers of America. Joe is an active volunteer Teen Court Judge and has been a guest speaker to local schools on Constitution Day and Career Day.
